The article explains how to kick-off troubleshooting when meeting error "Sorry, we can't connect to our servers."
Please check your Internet Options settings as shown below.
1. Press Windows Key + S and enter internet options.
2. Select Internet Options from the list of results.
3. Navigate to the Advanced tab and enable TLS 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3
4. Navigate to the Connections tab > LAN settins > enable Automatically detect settings
After completing the above settings, try to activate Foxit PDF Editor again.
