Salesforce Installation and User Set Up (video)

Foxit eSign for Salesforce Installation

Prerequisites

You must have an active Foxit eSign account. Please create an account in our website
If you don't have a Salesforce Developer Account, please click on Create a Developer Account

Get Foxit eSign for Salesforce package

You can find and install Foxit eSign for Salesforce in the AppExchange marketplace directly. Follow the stpes below:

Navigate to the AppExchange Website: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/
Search for 'Foxit eSign for Salesforce' on the search bar. You will see the app listing as below:
Click on the 'Get it Now' button
Log In on the Salesforce login window

Install Foxit eSign for Salesforce Package

After logging into your Salesforce account, in most instances you will see the 'Where do you want to install this package?' window. If you don't, skip directly to section 3 below.

We will go with the first time option and choose ‘Install in Production’:
Make sure you confirm the installation details according to your own account information. Click 'Confirm and Install'.
You'll be redirected to the installation window now. Select Install for All Users and click Install. This process might take a few minutes.
You'll be prompted to Approve Third-Party access in most instances. Mark the checkbox and click Continue.
Once installation is complete, click Done.
The Installed Package is displayed under Apps>Packaging>Installed Packages.

Connect Foxit eSign to Salesforce

Go to the App Launcher and search for Foxit eSign.
Select Region (North America or Europe) from the dropdown. Click Take me there.
You will be automatically redirected to the login page for Foxit eSign. Log into your Foxit eSign account.
Click Allow.
You might be prompted to the Named Credentials page. For more information on this, see Quickly logout of your Foxit eSign for Salesforce account. Click on 'Lightning Experience' to go to the main Foxit eSign for Salesforce window.
And that's done! You will have full access to Foxit eSign for Salesforce's features

Quickly logout of your Foxit eSign for Salesforce account

In some instances, you might want to logout from your account and re-authenticate with a different user or credential. Follow the instructions below to change your Named Credentials.

Go to the Foxit eSign Setup window
Click Not you? Log out by removing our Named Credential.
Select Delete from the drop-down under Actions for Foxit eSign Named Credential.
Go to the App Launcher and search for Foxit eSign.
Connect another user by selecting Region (North America or Europe) from the dropdown. Click Take me there.
You will be automatically redirected to the login page for Foxit eSign. Log into your Foxit eSign account.
Click Allow.
